Dynamic father-son duo! Small family-owned business that prioritizes customer service (so rare these days, I know...). I called to ask a few questions, got a price quote, with every expense and fee broken down in a precise, official invoice which was sent out only minutes after. I was able to make a payment via Zelle around 3:00-4:00pm in the afternoon and had the bike out in front of my place that same evening, in immaculate condition, with all appropriate paperwork and even registered with the DMV. So refreshing to see that there are solid men still out there doing g their jobs with integrity and leading with empathy.
