I recently purchased a car from Best Buy Auto in Moses Lake, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was car shopping for a week and started my shop looking at best buy. Went to other dealerships and came back around  to Best buy. Jose Tapia was super friendly as were the rest of the staff. I got my Chevy equinox and I'm very pleased with it.

I went after browsing the online site(which is awesome and easy to use) and finding a vehicle I was interested in. Upon arrival I was not approached immediately. So you don't have to worry about push salesmen. Once I spoke to the brothers who own it I was treated very well. The car I wanted had some issues and they were very open about it, they even tried to convince me to get something else because of it. I found this to be very admirable. The buying process was so quick, I mean I felt like I was getting it for free. They have great prices and a small warranty on most vehicles. Highly recommend them!

Car was sold with known issues and parts replaced as they stated new but after getting the car found the yellow junk yard number markings and even tracked down the yard it was purchased from by them online to get paid by the lender. Months later the car had the same issue again. I was in the process of getting the parts myself to fix it and thankfully car was hit and totaled and in the collision the airbags never deployed and we found a shrink wrapped plug with a diod in it to fake the defective air bag. I called him out on this and my lawyer and the claim agent told us to go after them  but wasn't worth the bs. In the end they would have denied all knowledge of it and the car had 3 recalls at time of sale they never took it in to be fixed prior to sale. Roman is a hustler through and through. I even recorded one of our conversations and making threats towards me and insulting my wife. My best friends daughter also got her first car through them and a week after driving it off the lot had nothing but issues to the point it cant be driven and they refuse to properly fix it. There now still paying 15k for a broke down car they never used and she just had a kid.
