Fender Japan Hybrid II Jazzmaster 2024 Collection Flagship Tokyo Exclusive Celeste Blue

This is a “Celeste Blue” Fender Japan Hybrid II Jazzmaster that is a part of Fender Japan’s yearly special “collection,” with the color exclusive only to the in-person “Fender Flagship” store in Shibuya, Tokyo in 2024. This is a Jazzmaster with a Daphne blue side burst on a flamed maple top. Locking tuners, mustang bridge. Vintage style pickups with a large “orange drop” capacitor pre-installed. Neck pocket is cut angled in two directions to not need a shim and to allow for higher action on the lower strings while keeping the saddles straight across for tremolo usage. This has been pleked and set up by the flagship store itself. Action is low and the tremolo has rock solid tuning stability. Unlike the typical hybrid ii’s with the “self-locking” tuners, this has locking tuners with the traditional wheel on the back. The only reason I would want to get rid of this is that I find the narrow Fender nut width uncomfortable. Comes with a Fender gig bag/backpack as well as a black pickguard and a hardtail plate.
