Description

Unique and eye-catching vintage Mt Rushmore porcelain Wedgewood blue mug featuring sculpted faces of the presidents on Mt Rushmore around the exterior front. This piece is in good vintage condition with no cracks or chips. Piece is made by Artists Opal Dunwiddie in the black hills of South Dakota. First mugs were made of black hills red clay when the mold was copyrighted in 1952, then in 1974 she changed to porcelain Wedgewood blue. Each piece is handcrafted by Opal and is signed and numbered. Perfect for adding a touch of character to your home or as a patriotic display piece. The mug stands approximately 3 inches height 4 inches length from edge of cup to handle with a diameter of 2.5 inches and weighs around 5 oz.
