The "manager" who likes sunflower seeds is pompous, disrespectful, and in need of customer service training. He berates your employees in front of clients without hesitation. He should be embarrassed by his behavior, and he owes your salesforce an apology.

Had a really great experience working with Tahir (i highly recommend asking for him) and his team.  They inspect their cars thoroughly before buying them and shared all the inspection notes with me which made a huge difference since I came in from out of state to buy our amazing car.  Everything lined up 1:1 when I got there, no surprises, which made the transaction super easy.  We did a pre-purchase inspection because we're the type of people who always overbuys insurance but honestly, the Duffy inspection report was more thorough and everything again lined up completely.  Trustworthy dealer, will buy our next car from them.

As many know, new car shopping is typically  stressful and prior to this experience I haven’t had to in 10 years! Tahir, right from the beginning reached out in a timely manner and was not just a good salesman, but an exceptional one!
