Had an Amazing experience purchasing my M4 from Elite motors. Mero, Heather and Yuliana were the BEST! Customer service is A1 and are able to get the deal done. No hassle or haggling on pricing or try to get the best deal possible for you. The cars are all immaculate, and yes I flew in from Houston to finalize the deal. It was totally worth the trip!

Not a bad place. Owner was kind of condescending. I went to look at a 2017 Nissan Armada. It was in good shape except for the almost bald tires. I had 2 trade ins. Coming from Lakewood to Newark was a hike. The owner was acting like I didn't know that I would have to have both vehicles there. Who can drive 2 vehicles at once? So I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I made a call to Planet Honda in Union because I had looked at a 2020 Nissan Armada 2 days previous. I bought it for a few thousand more but it was worth it. The 2017 was in very good shape but the 2020 was in excellent shape and 20,000 miles less.

Me and my father came here today and I cannot thank these guys ENOUGH! Bought my first sports car at 19. 2019 BMW 540i X Drive sedan. Absolutely amazing place very homey. GET MARIO! Mario was an exceptional salesman. Very satisfied.

Stop the madness. If you wanted to respond and make it right, you would have contacted me already.  It's been several months. Stop being deceiving.  I have contacted you already.  You're choosing to ignore me.   I sent the estimate to you as Shawn requested. You're the one that haven't replied.  As soon as I get my vehicle repaired and Yes I own it as Credit Acceptance is paid off, I'm filing a lawsuit.

Elite Motors is the worst dealership that I ever dealt with. Be careful of the positive reviews they have customers post the same day of the transaction.  Once things hit the fan or the issues reveal themselves, different story.

At one point, they kept my car for two weeks pretending to fix the heating problem.  In actuality, they only switched the A/C to the heat, which takes less than 10 minutes to do.  Come to find out, the actuator needs to be replaced and they knew that.

I have all the proof I need and will file a lawsuit.  I waited for them to do the right thing.  I will NEVER stop posting until Mero/Shawn do the right thing.  I forwarded Elite Motors the estimate, as Shawn requested, from my mechanic. No reply.  I definitely no longer trust their mechanic shop. I don't feel like even explaining all that went down with that.  I will to the judge though.  However, I left alone the actuator issue for a while.  The summer came.  Elite Motors will reimburse me for the cost to replace the actuator.  I have the evidence to prove my case, written and audio. Thank you.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT USE WESTLAKE LOAN COMPANY.!!! Less than a week after I purchased a car the engine died and had to be replaced. When replaced they give you no information about what they put in your car, and the engine light is on a week later and the engine is damaged again. Make sure you read the fine print get all your paperwork up front if you decide to purchase from here. Make sure the warranty paperwork is in your possession because you're going to need it. Find another garage to repair the car, the mechanic is a joke. The rating on A Better Business Bureau is about to be changed to an F when I am done reporting. I have waited a few weeks before posting this review giving them the opportunity to make good on the purchase. They have not!!   All the best if you don't heed my warning
