2016 ICE BEAR HONDA RUCKUS CLONE WITH 100cc Big bore kit. This is one of a handful of scooters out there that is cool for your friends to see you riding. This one is only 2 years old but the previous owner thought they would customize it into something cool but only made it ugly. It runs fine just needs a little TLC , a few dollars , and a little know-how and it will be beautiful. I just don't have time to do it. The back brake cable needs to be fixed. Mostly what it needs is cosmetic. This version is over $2000 new but First $300 gets it. Vin number is good. No tag or insurance required. To everyone that was interested in it when i had it posted before i apologize for not getting back to you. My wife was sick then we were out of town. This price is the bottom dollar. I'm not taking less than $300. It is worth way more than that. You must be able to come to me to get it. Please only ask questions if you are interested in buying. Thanks
