2009 R Vision Trail Sport Ultralight

2009 Model Ultralight 26 ft 3,200lbs Dry Weight Dual Axle Good tires 30A power Full kitchen (not pictured: LPG stove/oven, sink, 110/LPG fridge, microwave) A/C Blows cold. Everything works. No smoking/cats. Bill of Sale only. Pics are original from when I bought it in 2020. It has been stored in NorCal for two years. I’ll be going to pick it up very soon to bring it back to SoCal. Everything looks generally the same. Current status: -The decals are a little less wonderful and the paint a little less shiny. -There is one small spot that got a gouge in the exterior and was repaired with bondo. Smaller than my hand. Not painted. -One axle (professionally) replaced by trailer repair company in El Cajon. -New leaf springs and manual leveling jacks. -Hitch motor replaced (may need to be replaced again if I recall correctly. If so, I may do that before the sale.) -No leaks (that I’m aware), unless a new problem since being stored for the last two years. (Should there be, I’ll repair and fully disclose.) I had removed some interior items to make it more space efficient to live in it during pandemic. However, I’ll be restoring it to original (or better) as I have all the parts (mostly just removed the benches). I’m a skilled professional (with references) in home/RV repair. Everything works in it: electrical, appliances, doors and hinges. It will be deep cleaned. Will come with some general necessities for a trailer (hoses, hitch motor/jack wrench, etc). MIGHT also do some upgrades during its lil makeover. The price is kinda firm as I could keep it and not be mad. So NO LOW BALL OFFERS. I may raise/lower the price based on condition at time of sale as it may get those upgrades or be in a worse condition than I thought. (I’ve not been in it for a year at this point.) I’m looking to get a handful of interested parties to gather and contact when it’s ready to be sold in about a month or two. At that point, it will be out in El Cajon. So, not looking to sell RIGHT now.
