Awning has been replaced about 1 year old. 2 beds are fairly new they have been replaced for comfort. 30 gallon fuel station. 30 gallon generator tank. 150 gallon fresh water tank. 32 foot triple axel toy hauler. Sleeps 8 people comfortably. My table with plant and personal items not included. Toy hauler comes with original table. Measurements: 30’ box 34’ to tongue. 8.5’ wide 80” from closed slide to opposite wall 140” rear ramp to cabinets (80” w) Plus another 4’x4’ between cabinets floor space in kitchen. Slide starts 4’ from back ramp and is 7’ long running to kitchen cabinets where it narrows to 4’ wide Please note***some people come to see it and realize they can’t fit their razor**i don’t want to waste anyones time** measure your sand toys before asking.
