Doll Pair 1984 Cabbage Patch Football Player & 1985 Cheerleader (Original Outfits, Pacifiers & Birth Certificates

So these cute Cabbage Patch Dolls have matching blonde yarn hair, blue eyes, dimples, pacifiers, original accessories & birth certificates. I came across these hard-to-find dolls in 1985 during a Thanksgiving weekend trip to New York City. I instantly fell in love with them, and despite their outrageous prices, I had to buy them! Inexplicably. while photographing them to post, I noticed that the butt signatures show a 1984 date for the boy doll, but 1985 date for the girl!?! The birth month & day on their birth certificates are the same day in November though. The dolls have never been played with, only displayed for awhile and then packed away. The dolls are in Exceptional condition. The outfits show subtle signs of normal aging such as stretched out waistband elastic. I'm in the process of Swedish downsizing/cleaning so our children won't be burdened with sorting through and disposing of all the dolls, toys & games that have accumulated over the years. I have many other cabbage patch dolls & miniatures plus accessories. games & puzzles that I will also be selling, as well as other types of 1980s dolls and toys, so just ask about them if you are interested.
