Excellent condition. This sofa is basically new, was used for just a few months. No rips or tears, no stains. Pet free but not smoke free. The only thing is that it got a few minor smoke burns cushion seat here and there. That's the only thing. And the smoke marks just looks like some tiny dark spots on it that's all, and because the sofa is black, it's hardly noticeable. other than that, very good condition, fairly clean, may need minor cleaning as necessary.
