I'm really beginning to wonder if there are fake accounts giving reviews for this place. My personal experience?
Well, I bought a car along with the dealership powertrain warranty. Car has broken down, and dealership is refusing to cover the cost of repairs. This is despite the fact that the repairs are covered under the powertrain warranty. Had to file a complaint with the attorney general's office, the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and had to seek the help of an attorney to sue to have the repairs done. Mark (so unprofessional) has claimed that I did not give them the opportunity to fix the vehicle which I have, and anyone seeing this review can see the photo of the car at their mechanics shop, so that statement is obviously false.
Our family has bought at least 2 cars from this place. I was going to bring my twin daughters here in 2 months for their cars since it seemed to be a reasonable place to purchase a used car. Now I will not. I couldn't trust them with my money, I certainly won't let them prey upon my children or their money. Will definitely look elsewhere.

Bought a SUPER clean 2012 740i from mark, vehicle was in immaculate condition. I paid $4,900 and I Kelley blue booked it for over $14,000!  I waited for about 2 months before I left a review just make sure I was sold a good car and I will be back! I haven’t had a single issue, car was already taken through emissions and they made the buying process super easy for me and my family and I would most definitely recommend buying a used car from Easy Car.

Mark was super helpful great environment, and have a comfortable waiting area. Clean, respectful environment. I left this car dealership with almost $4,500 in positive equity in my car. Usually I fell robbed by dealerships, but with me walking away with equity I feel I did the robbing! I will be back.

There was no pressure to buy anything and we were allowed to test drive any car in the lot for sale. I like my new car, although it does have some issues, which is to be expected. Everyone was very polite and helpful the day of purchase.
The problem is, when I bought my car in June, they told me it would be a couple days until I received my title, and was told it would only be online. I paid in full on the day of. A week went by and it wasn't showing on the dmv website, so I drove in person to ask. I was told someone has to physically go to the dmv to drop off paperwork but to give it another week. Another two weeks go by. Then I'm told it could be up to 30 days. I called last week to ask for an update since I went to dmv to ask what's going on but was told by the dmv to keep contacting the dealership, but that it was strange to not receive the title the day of. When I called the dealership to ask for an update, I was told they would call me back later that same day. It's been a week but still no update. I've tried calling several times today but no answer and the voicemail box is full.
My temporary plate and temporary registration is less than two weeks away from expiring and I keep being told different answers. Every time that it should be soon and they'll get back to me soon and that someone needs to drop off paperwork to the dmv.
Would it be easier for the staff if I drove over, picked up the paperwork, and took it to the dmv myself? It's a genuine question I have/ offer that I can do, not a rhetorical question. I can drive over and get it done myself to actually get this processed and over with.
Absolutely shady and frustrating way of running a business. Especially when so much money is involved.
