Purchased my first vehicle here at Apex and both gentleman were very helpful. They made the process extremely easy for a first time buyer. They were patient with me as I needed to leave and contact my bank. Will definitely recommend this dealership for others.

Very Dishonest, May appear to be fair and honest salesmen but far from that. Bought a Car and 2 days later there was an oil leak that costs 800 bucks and tire pressure sensor went out a day later. Of course they won't take it back due to the "as is" warranty

I had a really disappointing experience at this dealership, especially with the salesman Moe. I came ready to purchase a vehicle in cash and discovered that the headlight was out and the seat was broken. While these were minor issues, I was okay with moving forward as long as they fixed them. However, instead of making the repairs, Moe offered me a measly $100 discount and told me I'd need to get the issues fixed on my own after purchasing the vehicle.

To make matters worse, the very next day I received a message saying they had fixed the problems, after refusing to do so when I was there. This left me feeling like I wasn’t being treated honestly. I can't recommend doing business here if this is how they handle customers who are ready to buy.

Not sure how there are such great reviews for this dealership group. I waited to post this until I actually had possession of my plates so buckle up.
We went to the pacific location first. Where every car we looked at, we were told by the guy working "no" or "you don't want that one" and while we appreciate that, it was over half the lot and the 2 he told us we DID want were way over mileage, massively damaged, rusted and had bald tires.
So we went to mckinley which had nicer vehicles anyway. First looked at a good priced audi. It was dead. Whatever, got it jumped and, boom. Check engine light. We were told "oh it's probably something small" ummmm.... no? Moved onto another vehicle and again had to jump it but whatever, everything else seemed sound on it so we bought it. Barely ANY negotiation power oaying cash. But we just sucked it up anyway. Week goes by and the car starts triggering lights. Yeah. Sold us a car with a bad alternator and a ten year old battery (car shows a dealer battery swap in mid 2024 so they took the battery)

Didn't want to deal with it so we just swapped everything out with new.

Now the plates -

We know that WA is behind. We know they're taking longer. So as the temps were getting close to expiring I called. Forst call I got a "theyre not herw we'll call you" okay... fine.

Second call this guy assumed he knew who I was and when i asked him to tell me who he THOUGHT i was he was completely wrong, was muted for 5 seconds and told me my plates weren't there

Third call was "they'll all be here next week" (DOL doesn't send in lots, buddy) but therw was no sense in arguing with him

Fourth call was 2 months after the purchase of my vehicle. Told me the plates weren't there yet and if my TEENAGE DAUGHTER got pulled over just to tell the cops we haven't received them yet. Yeah, no. I told him to check to see if he got the damned things because I've already received my title. And never in the history of ever have I had my title before my registration.

He checked and oddly enough my plates were there. I got "oh we called, you didnt answer". No the eff you didnt. Picked them up and they were issued THE FOURTH OF LAST MONTH.

So yeah. Buyer beware and have a mechanic on call.

Moe helped me out more than I could have hoped.  Got me and my family into a good car that was very affordable for me and my situation.
