1982 Schwinn De Luxe Twinn Tandem Bike This is a super rare 1982 Schwinn De Luxe Twinn Tandem Bike from the original owner California since 1982. It’s the highest and the best trim of the series made from late 60s to 1982 with many variations. Made in Taiwan by now the No. 1 bike manufacturer GIANT, very few of these survived. He bought it for himself and wife and rode it very little. We took this to Disney, at Christmas, where we stayed in Fort Wilderness... (That is the campground at Disney) few years ago. It was a blast to ride around the campground when we first got it. It has since been stored under the balcony with the cover for a few years. It’s time for it to find the next owner. The all time classic American tandem bike will need at least new tires and tubes to be ridden again. Chains are included and can be reinstalled. They were removed for cleanup. *Extra Schwinn saddles are $10 each. *I could also add an extra set of good tires and tubes for $80 extra. *The original pedals will be included as well. Or the bike can be custom restomodded to excellent condition for $950. Local meetup only.
