Very well taken care of, just got brand new upgraded wheels including spare tire, axle was just serviced, AC was just cleaned, slide out lubed. Always washed and dried up before storage, 2LP bottles, EVERYTHING works, comes with 2 extention cords, water hoses and sewer hoses and equipment. I have a lot of spare stuff to throw in with the RV, parking chocks, leveling blocks etc. It also comes with a weight distribution hitch, that alone is around 800$ worth. We enjoyed this rig with 3 kids.
