When walking into the dealership I was greeted kindly by Jerome and was brought to exactly what I was looking for.  After looking and test driving I found the car for me. Highly recommend sunrise ford. I had a smooth stress free experience from the time I walked in the front door to driving away in my new F150 truck. Jamie and Brian H made my experience stress free and took care of everything. Can’t thank both of them enough. Brian walked me through all the new features ford trucks have and took the time to put a great deal together that fit my budget. Sunrise and Jamie were recommended to me by close friends who have had the same experience multiple times here. Not having stepped into a dealership in a couple decades. Angelo and Brian were great, very helpful and catered to our family. Pre-installed add-ons should be included on the advertised price rather than sitting down and seeing a $3k upcharge instantly. Upon getting home and going over the truck the next day I was surprised to find the air filter tabs not connected, then realized there was no air filter installed. I immediately went and purchased one before driving it again. Luckily the housing has a screen preventing larger particles from getting into the engine however this was unacceptable.

Sunrise Ford Fontana has been the best buying experience I've had with any dealership. I came back two different times and the experience was pleasant and exceptional. Sales Rep Miguel is an outstanding sales and was had no issues letting me test drive used and new vehicles. He showed me different trim leaves of trucks and insured that they meet all the needs I requested. I was so indecisive on my choice that all banks were closed that night, but they had everything prepped for me to come the following day. The following day I dealt with different sales rep name Angelo and he was just exceptional as Miguel. He made sure that my decision was final and showed me other trims just in case. He spent time after I signed all my paperwork and showed me all the new features on my truck plus how to login into all my Ford apps and how to manage my auto play. I will definitely recommend this dealership and sales rep to my family and friends. Also the lease team were friendly and straight forward.
