Mid Century Modern Lagardo Tackett Fish Bowl Catch All - Kenji Fujita Sgraffito MCM Platter

An iconic ceramic Fish platter designed by LaGardo Tackett and Kenji Fujita c. 1950's/1960's in an incredibly rare extra large size! Comes in at a whopping 19.5” long by 6” wide! I’ve never seen another one this big. With his distinct glazing technique, Tackett plates have become a must have for the Mid Century Modern ceramic collector. This example is in good condition with no cracks. Some small chips to the finish- nothing major but along the edges there is some minor glaze missing. You can’t really tell unless you’re really inspecting the piece. Really a rare find that compliments any mid century modern home. The perfect catch-all to store anything in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or any space!
