I bought this thing used, and was not told that 1 out of 2 Back lights was burnt out, and the battery was pretty much dead. I've not had the money to get the back light fixed, or get it a new battery..and my little one is just getting too big for it, quickly. So I'll be planning on getting a new one for Christmas, so I never have to run into a problem like this again. I'll give this away for 15$... It does need a new battery, and the one back light needs to be replaced/fixed. I disinfected this thing tremendously..it was needing it where you never thought it would. Once those 2 things are fixed, you'll have yourself a fun truck for your little one to drive around the house. It definitely drives better on hard floors vs carpeted floors. I hope you can make your little one happy with this Firetruck. My little one grew attached to this thing the moment it arrived, but sadly it wasn't what I thought it was..nor in the shape I thought it would be in to last more than 2 weeks. Oh, and yes it comes with the charger.
