Hello, I’ve been holding onto this, wanting to fully sand and restore to list it at full price, but I have not had the time and need to let it go. It needs a little work as reflected in the price. One drawer is harder to open and I looked at the track. I think it needs to be because the screw is sticking up, causing it to drag. A couple of other drawers, slightly stick out a couple centimeters in the picture haven’t had time to investigate if it needs to be lubricated or maybe some sanding to smooth back out in the tracks. Overall, it is in really great shape. There’s a couple of small nicks and scuffs but overall this is a solid piece!
