Go see Rocky if you want a great car buying experience. Bought a Arbath last year, and was so impressed, brought me mum to pick up an another! Everyone is super cool, and really care about making the process as easy as possible! Definitely research what you want before hand, so it speeds up the process. They provide carfax for all their cars, and really want you to get a great car, and a great deal.

I recently purchased an EV through Wii auto sales, and am very happy with the purchase. I searched for this model (a Volkswagen ID.4) all over the state and theirs was the most reasonably priced I found. Josue walked me through the process, was very attentive and definitely made the process as simple as possible. While I didn’t do a thorough search of the car before leaving, once I discovered a piece was missing from the trunk, and expressed my thoughts to Josue, he quickly came up with a solution to have the (storage cover) ordered and sent to my house from Volkswagen. This last part definitely earned my trust the most, because we had already finalized the agreement. Again, thank you for a smooth and simple car buying experience!

My vehicle was a total loss last Oct of 2025. Per Gap I had to contact the dealer to close the gap contract. I called several times and left several messages before being told that I had to speak with the comptroller Susan in Avondale.  I received the worst customer service on her end. And she was rude. She lied about calling me and told me never to text her. I had to research who was the manager and was told Phil in California. Who was the only one after over a month to understand what I needed to do. However, I then needed to also cancel the service contract.  Since Phil was the only who truly too him time to help the first time, I figured I would reach out to him. I spoke with him and he directed me to speak with "David" in Finance in Avondale, AZ. I connected with David and he told me he would look into this, and would call me back the same week. I didn't hear back from him. I called several times trying to reach him. Left several VM messages at his  office and the front desk also apparently took written message to give him. I never heard back. I called several times again, and until I was finally able to connect with David, and asked about the status of the service contract closure. He did not seem very helpful or understanding. And said he needs to wait on someone else to tell him what to do because he does not know.  I told him, I did not understand why Phil would recommend my speaking with me, if he is not able to help. He became upset and said he has to wait on someone else. i told I would submit a review on BBB. He said "ok, go ahead." and hung up. I have been trying to connect with Phil for over two months now by leaving VM messages at his office and with his front desk staff in California. My lender has called David two times, and also no response.  I recently emailed Phil, and still no reply. since the last contact with David almost three months ago. I am accruing interest fees by my lender until this dealer ship closes the service contract and issues my lender the balance of 1200 dollars.  I am at my wits end here, I don't know who else to call or what to do!

DO NOT GO THIS DEALERSHIP DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP $$$$$&& MY REVIEW is based on me getting my car on November 8 today is November 12  I was looking on car gurus looking for a reasonable car. Something used I came across wII auto sales. I found a car. The financing seemed easy. I did it online. I go up there in November 8 and Josue is the one that helped me and the process didn’t seem too long mind you on the online application it does not ask you who you were employee IT STATES LIST your last employer so that’s what I put. They seemed so thirsty for money they accepted my $2500 as soon as I left the next day my check engine light comes on. I go up there. The guy says it’s something to do with the carbon. Then the next day Josue calls me and says to come back up there the bank won’t accept my bank statement statements, but you let me leave in the car because they wanted the money then he says that they’re taking away my two-year warranty. The car is gonna be as is mind you the check engine light is on only go to this car dealership if you’re just trying to get a car to move around do not go there looking for anything reliable or that’s gonna last you. They’re not gonna fix any problem when I took the car up there he says the car doesn’t need no oil, but he brought me back the car with oil because it was evident and needed it. I would only recommend going to this dealership if you’re desperate for a car do not go to small dealerships they’re not selling cars like Kandi up there. They may get a sale once a week cars are not reliable that they are selling their. they don’t have their shit together at that Dealership Their paperwork is sloppy. It’s a low budget Dealership that will accept anybody that comes up there and take your money and give you a bullshit Car basically.
