Delta 10-in contractors table saw

I've had this in our garage quite a while and I use it every so often. Whenever I do I remember how great of a saw this. Is. It never bogs down like the newer portable units do and always tears through whatever I need to rip. I am a contractor so of course I had to buy the contractor's saw. Now I am looking to gain some space in my garage so unfortunately I need to part ways. There is nothing wrong with the saw and it is ready to go. There's a decent blade in it and I have all of the parts. The tilt to 45° works great. The rip fence moves smoothly and it has the micro adjuster on it. Without any extensions you can get the fence out to to 24 in. It is equally as wide on the left side. Total dimensions are 30" deep x 47" wide. This is a saw with the independent motor that comes out from the outfall side. The saw is on its original metal stand. I have the cross cut miter push tool and insert for a dado blade. Hoping that someone can use this in their workshop or job site. It won't let you down.
