Vacuum repair person told me they don't make parts for this unit anymore. He didn't say which part(s). It's free to whoever a) needs Bissell parts or b) wants to tinker with it and see what happens. It is at the curb. All you need to do is pick it up. Garbage collectors come Monday morning, so you have until then to act. The address is 335 Wilshire Ct. in Palatine.
