Our experience with Pacific Auto Center was very smooth. From the test drive to signing the papers, it happened with very minimal time and no stress. Our salesperson Leo was very helpful and made himself easily available with much of the negotiations being done via text messaging. Leo even came to the dealership on his day off since that was the day that worked best for us. When we arrived to close the deal, it went quickly and seamlessly. We would definitely recommend buying a car here.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing due to a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unmet promises.
I came in fully prepared to purchase a specific car that day. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the lack of customer service—no one greeted me or offered assistance. I walked the lot multiple times before someone finally approached me after about 30 minutes. Harold greeted me, but his attitude was far from welcoming or professional.
During the test drive, the check engine light came on. Despite this red flag, I decided to purchase it because it was the car I had been looking for. I was told the dealership would keep the car until the next day to fix the issue and detail it, as it had been sitting on the lot and was visibly dirty. I agreed and left the car for them to prepare it properly.
The following day, I rearranged my schedule and planned to drive 30 miles to pick up the vehicle. That morning, I received a message from Harold saying the car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday due to a needed part. He apologized and promised a full tank of gas and a proper wash for the inconvenience (even though I had already been promised a detail). I told him I understood a one-day delay, but not three. I also told him I understood it wasn’t his fault.  When I asked for contact to escalate the issue to, he stopped responding entirely and ghosted me.
The next day, I called and spoke to Daniel A. While he apologized, it felt scripted and insincere. He said he would check on the vehicle and call me back. He did call once, but when I returned his call two hours later, he claimed he had been trying to reach me and spoke in a casual, unprofessional tone. He told me the car would be ready in a couple of hours, and I confirmed I would come by at 7 PM to pick it up.
When I arrived, no one at the dealership knew I was coming, and I waited 45 minutes for someone to locate the keys.
Daniel had failed to inform the team. When I finally received the car, it was immediately obvious that it had not been detailed as promised—the windows were still covered in old water stains, and the tank was only ¾ full. It was clear no effort had been made to fulfill the commitments that were made to me. No further attempts were made to apologize or compensate me for the inconvenience I experienced.
Despite the delays and poor communication, one of the promises was honored.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This dealership lacks the most basic customer service standards, professionalism, and accountability. If I had known this would be the experience, I would have purchased elsewhere. I do not recommend this dealership and will not return in the future.

Had a great experience selling my car! Jordan is super patient, very easygoing, and just a great guy overall. The whole process was smooth, no pressure at all, and everything was transparent.
