Newly refitted Islander Iona, 32 feet. live aboard sailboat. very unique open style layout. makes it feel roomy. runs and drives perfectly, freshly painted 40 hp yanmar diesel engine. (Best engine you can buy hands down!) Hauled out last month and invested $5,000 re-fitting. (can show receipts for everything). Did all new thru-hull fittings and thru hull plumbing, new deck drain plumbing, new bottom paint, new fresh coat of gelcoat on the sides, new deck paint, has propane insta hot water heater heater, diesel cabin heater works great and keeps warm all winter on low setting even when below freezing outside. and alternate electric heater included , all new electrical throughout. New plumbing throughout , new drinking water holding tank, new diesel fuel tank, has two solar panel setups one is 200w maintaining engine battery and one is 400w maintaining 200ah lithium battery set up for cabin accessory power. victron charge controller and victron dc to dc charger included. jabsco high pressure water pump, new rule 2000 bilge pump and float switch, new jabsco toilet and plumbing. working fridge, working hot shower, two hot water deck wash hoses (one in front one in back), propane cooktop, butane cooktop and diesel cooktop included. 40” flatscreen tv, 2 x 13’ tandem kyaks included. Sails are in great shape sail covers included. has nice teak floors and teak walls inside. New anchor chain, anchor and rope! Extra anchor included. This boat is ready to sail! and big enough for two people to live comfortably. clean title, current registration, we currently live on this sailboat so it is maintained daily! all these upgrades just done sept 2024. we fitted it out to sail across the pacific to hawaii but plans changed and now we want to get a school bus instead and travel on land. so we would alsoconsider trades for diesel school bus or tall sprinter van.
