Kikker 5150 bobber

Custom built kikker 5150. This is a 3/4 scale street legal bobber, has title and registration, is a 110cc and my understanding is you don’t need an M1 because it’s technically a scooter. I picked this bike up about 3 months ago and built a new harness, starter and battery, painted it, wired in head and tail lights, rust painted the frame, welded on wiring tube, new carb, front breaks, dampers on the rear, new chain, sprockets, shifter, oil. Basically is a new bike, gets around 100 mpg & is just as quick as a grom but looks way cooler! Could be a toy or around town bike like I have used it, gets up to 55+ with me on it but I’m light , has the springer front end and no shocks in the rear (hard tail) so I go pretty slow unless I’m on a new road.
