A few weeks ago, I was in my first car accident and my car was totaled. I’d never bought a car from a dealership before, so I was nervous going into the process. I found a newly listed used car at San Diego ECARS that was priced really well, so my husband and I scheduled a test drive that same day.

Peter was the literal opposite of the pushy, stereotypical used car salesperson. There was zero pressure — no following us around, no trying to upsell us, and no hidden agenda. In fact, he didn’t even mention that they had the same car in a newer model. We asked if there was anything comparable we could try, since the one we were interested in had a 6-speed transmission, which I’d never driven before. He happily let us test drive both just so I could get a feel for it — no pressure at all.

The financing process was smooth (even though I’d never done that before either), and they made sure I had solid warranty coverage, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I felt comfortable the entire time — which I didn’t expect going into a dealership for the first time.

Highly recommend! Peter made the whole experience way better than I imagined, and I ended up with a car I love.
