I made an appointment, took a test drive, never pressured or pushed. The manager got me an amazing interest rate on a used car. Busy store(lots! of smart inventory, priced right), but my deal was always in process- from start to finish, it couldn’t have been more than 2 hours including the test drive. Unlike other dealers, all the salespeople seem to work as a team. I’m really frggn old, I’ve bought over 2 dozen new & used cars, this is probably my favorite purchase. Highly recommended.
