Vintage early 1980s Valentino Boutique liquid shine gunmetal grey silk pencil skirt GRUPPO made in Italy. The size is estimated at xxs. It has a paper tag inside that says that it’s 100% silk outer and polyester lining. It has the GRUPPO GFT metallic sticker of authenticity. There are some abrasions on the back of the skirt as shown in the photos by the hem in the middle and side of right. The front has a snag on one hip. It’s very faint and also a indent from a hanger in the front. I inspected it thoroughly. I wanted to tell you every possible flaw I found. It has fabric hooks. It looks like they came that way. This was a hand crafted piece. It was made in Italy. My guess is it’s the late 70s but you be the judge. The measurements are in the photos and also listed below. The size says six but we know we can’t just trust that. According to the 12 1/2 inch flat waist, I would say this is an XXS. The hips are also coming in at just 17.5 inches flat. There is no stretch in the fabric. I think this would suit someone who is a size 0-2. Overall, I would say this is fair to good condition.
