I had to replace my caravan, and it took 6 dealerships, and years before Bell Road, Mitsubishi replaced it with a new ADA outlander. I needed this for doctor visits, and I am very happy to be safe now. The service I received from this dealer was fantastic. They listened, and they worked hard to get proper financing, so I am not a danger to others or myself. I am a very happy veteran who  recommends this dealership to other veterans. Bought a vehicle from our of state, and flew in to pick it up.  They charged me for vehicle reconditioning, and after I drove the vehicle home I discovered several items that clearly hadn't been checked, including dirty engine and cabin air filters, a broken air inlet pipe, and spare tire that is completely dry rotted and unusable.  The car was also missing the carpeted floor mats, the owners manual - and only came with one key.  The one key is apparently not the admin key, so I can't change settings, drive over 80 mph, or adjust the volume past a certain point - which is something I'd expect to be addressed under "reconditioning".  Left multiple voicemails for management and sales staff, and they don't even have the courtesy to call back.  Avoid this place at all costs, they clearly only care about sales, and not customer satisfaction.

I found this 2022 High Country with low miles. I had been searching nationwide. Probably checked about 150 listing's. It was the best value by far that I had seen . I call 1st thing in the morning,  fully expecting to be told this vehicle was sold or some other click-bait B.S. NOT SO, I was greeted by Andrea. She informed me that yes, this vehicle is available. Made my day ❤️. She connected me with Marco. Between the two of them the process was made easy and efficient. Ash also supported the whole process with trade in and finance. By the end of the day I'm at home with my dream truck. These people are great to deal with!

Very straightforward, no gimmicks, surprises or hidden fees. The acquisition manager was very polite and efficient. No wasted time. Fair pricing. Recommend based on my favorable experience.
One thing is that the dealership could have a few snacks or drinks for customers waiting.  One cup of water is all there was :)
