We only ever used this once around the block to try it out, which is a shame since my daughter loved the ride and the view. However, as things happened, it's fate was to live sealed up in our closet while she slowly outgrew it (well, she technically still fits and would prefer being packed 100% vs. any uphill hiking, but...no.) So basically its as new as they come, complete with all components: adjustable perched seat and padding, convertable rain/sun shield, rigid stand for easy set-down/pick-up...plus its a complete hiking backpack. So it would be great for trips where you want to give a child intermitent rests, say towards the end of a full day a disneyland, etc....OR.... for all-day leisure style trips for his or her highness: the slightly younger-aged descendants riding high above thier somewhat physically fit pack-mules...I mean....parents, on a rugged outdoor excursion. Yeah, all jokes aside, these are great. I wish I had one as a kid. I also wish I found a nice, pre-owned option like this when I bought it. at full price. *sigh*...oh, well. Enjoy!
