Description

This tree is over theee feet tall and in a 5 gallon pot. It is grafted onto Cherimoya rootstock. Cherimoya is the best rootstock to grow these on here in Southern California. It has flowers now. Fernández is an excellent variety of Custard Apple AKA Reticulata. It has a beautiful red skin. The flesh inside is also dark red with few seeds. It has very little grit in the flesh. It tastes a lot like raspberry cheesecake or a berry custard. These plants are cold sensitive but can be grown anywhere that doesn’t get frost. Follow me to get notified when I list new trees.
