This unit was custom made less than 2 years ago. It’s 120 inches in length by 120 inches to create the L shape. It’s dark grey fabric in excellent condition. We are 2 adults and no pets. There was shipping damage to the interior right arm frame. This is not visible but only noticeable when pressure is placed on right arm. This unit is available for pick up in south Scottsdale. $1750 OBO
