New in box, high-end laminate flooring in a golden oak color: “Witex Silent Comfort Loctec", imported from Germany. This was extra supply left over from me doing my entire house in this material. It has been properly stored indoors for 2 years, flat on a level cement floor in a climate controlled environment with no water or moisture exposure. Now I'm moving and it's not feasible to take it with me and it's too much to leave with the house as bonus spare parts.  I can't say enough good stuff about this flooring: It's indestructible! The only thing that can hurt this it is puddled water that sits for a day or two. I've had houses with hardwood floors and/or different types of laminate flooring; This is by far the best stuff I've ever experienced. You can't scratch it, stain it, burn it, etc. Again, a day or two of standing water is it's only enemy. Also, it has a built-in insulation (a really thick felt pad) on the back side that makes it virtually soundproof and you don't need to put down any underlayment unless you need to level your floors out. It can go straight over subfloor boards, old wood flooring or linoleum, or even concrete! It always looks fabulous, whether it's clean or not, haha! It's also very easy to install. There are 16 boxes: each box covers 18.5 sq. feet, plus I have a large stack of long remnants, probably about three boxes’ worth, which have also been stored properly. So the whole package equals over 340 sq. feet: probably enough to do a dining room and kitchen area or a great room, or the like. Asking $350…I'm willing to negotiate, but no trades please.
