I recommend to bring a mechanic with you if considering purchasing a car here. Don’t expect these guys to disclose issues with the cars they sell. It’s one thing if normal wear and tear items are needed. Luckily, they replaced the hood arms and gave me a few hundred bucks towards a knot in a front tire after I brought that to their attention. Yet, the 2016 Porsche Cayenne I bought here needed an exhaust leak repair, which was a complete shock to me. The Porsche dealership wanted $14,000 to rehaul the system and there were not many other options available. I can’t help but to feel cheated.

BIG THANK YOU TO JAY and Vlad! Experience with our purchase was smooth. I searched for the perfect Lexus convertible for months. I went to 3 other dealerships. The service was excellent here at Stellar. Had to make an appointment which makes sense when you are a family ran business.

Vlad was super helpful and patient. What I appreciate about this dealership is the inventory and quality vehicles. Safety is above all here. They allowed me to take the vehicle for a pre purchase inspection and it ended up needing non essential repairs, but for a 15 year old vehicle, it's a given.

They made us feel welcomed and appreciated here even though there were many other customers at the same time.

The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. We wanted to look at a car and called ahead because we were driving over an hour and a half from Santa Barbara. They told us we needed to make an appointment, so we scheduled one for 1 PM with Jay. We drove all the way there, arriving at 1 PM, only to find that no one was working. There were two other people who also had 1 PM appointments, and none of us could find anyone to assist us. I called Jay, and he told me no one was available and that he wouldn’t be able to get there until 2 PM. He then tried to gaslight me, claiming he had said 2 PM instead of 1 PM, despite me having text receipts confirming the 1 PM appointment. He was incredibly rude on the phone, blaming me for the mix-up and refusing to apologize.
This was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. We spent three hours driving round trip for an appointment, and we never even saw the car. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership.

UPDATED REVIEW: I bought a car as a gift from out-of-state, sight unseen. Jay helped me (and kept it a secret from my boyfriend who was also inquiring). That meant a lot to me. He was honest and answered my hundreds of questions without getting annoyed. lol. He set up an inspection for me at an auto shop near them. After a few days everything was taken care of. He walked me through every step. Stellar Auto worked with me on completing the sale and finding a good price on shipping. It took a few weeks after I purchased the car for it to ship. Finally, the car arrived 2 days after being shipped (CA to CO). The car was as their team and post described. My boyfriend was super excited to drive it. However, there were several problems getting the paperwork. It took well over a month to finally get everything. They seemed very disorganized on that end. Then after completing the paperwork and sending it back, it took another month to get the title. We even questioned if the car was stolen, because why would it take that long? When we finally got the title and took it to the DMV, Stellar Auto didn’t even fill out their part to transfer it to me. We eventually got it handled, but it was a very stressful process. If you buy a car from Stellar Auto, make sure the paperwork is handled correctly. The car is cool, but because of the paperwork problems, we couldn’t even drive the car for months because of it. The process from date of purchase, to getting the title to register it, took almost 3 months. I wouldn’t recommend Stellar Auto for buying a car out-of-state. The paperwork handling was horrible.

I recently purchased a 2005 Mercedes from Stellar Auto and the price was very fair considering the condition of the car. I made an appointment before arriving, and the car was washed and ready for me to test drive.

After deciding to buy the car from Jay, I was in and out in just one hour, from negotiation to signing the papers. Jay did not haggle about the price and gave me his trust.

After having the car for 2 days, a small warning light appeared.(Very common with old Mercedes cars ) Vlad and Olek helped me to fix the issue. As soon as I informed them about the warning light, they asked me to bring the car back to the shop and repaired it. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend Stellar Auto to friends and family.
