$275 or best offer. In good overall condition with minor signs of wear. Comes from a non- smoking and pet friendly home. The seat cushion covers are removable and have been washed! The back pillows are able to be washed as well. Sectional has been vacuumed. Comes with an optional ottoman that you can put a cover over if you don’t like the color - see 8th picture. Dimensions: 118” x 90”. The black and white “Home” throw pillows are not included. Available for pick up or viewing in Tomball, TX 77375. Inquire for local delivery! Video available upon request. The ottoman has some stains which is why it’s optional. There are a few stains that are not too noticeable on a couple of the seat cushions that might come out if they are washed again
