So disappointed , at first they were so helpful in the beginning with me needing a car desperately, my car payments were always paid on time , until I had 2 of my family in the hospital & communicated with them that i would be late just that month & next thing we know they towed our vehicle no notice whatsoever , then was told if i wanted my car i need to pay $2000 in cash only ! How did a 300 sum car payment turn into a $2000 cash transaction . Never again will be recommending friends and family else where …..

Waterpump and clutch are out on the car right after purchase. Called multiple times without help. Do not go to this stealership.

I have submitted a complaint to the Attorney Generals Office Division of Consumer Protection. I recommend anyone who gets hurt by them to do the same.

I’m going to start this off by saying Blake is a great salesman who I believe didn’t know he sold us a lemon but the Manager Mike is HORRIBLE, I am currently in my second trimester of pregnancy and rely on my fiancée to get me to where I need to go. We purchased a truck and within a month on thanksgiving day heading to family our engine blew up on the highway in which we had to tow to my family’s house, the next morning we called the dealership to inform them in which we were told Mike would give us a call around 5 or 6pm before closing which we never received so about 6pm we went to the dealership to then be blown off and he tried to have another salesman relay information to us so we insisted we spoke to Mike. We then showed Mike the holes in the engine where rods blew out the bottom in which he told us he wouldnt pick the car up for a week before they would even consider helping us which of course was not ideal so when we mentioned that doesn’t work for us we cannot be without a car and his exact words were “well you can”. We understand buying a used car we may run into issues down the line but not our engine blowing out after making only 1 payment which we even tried to explain and not to mention they even cleared the dash before giving us the car so we wouldn’t know anything was wrong. Obviously we were upset because this is a huge inconvenience and Mike had ZERO sympathy and was very rude. When we mentioned involving the courts he then SHOT out of his chair, sure we were upset who wouldn’t be. If you had asked me prior to this if I would recommend them I would have PURELY because Blake but if you asked me now I would NEVER recommend this dealership after seeing how the manager treats a family he knowingly sold a car with a damaged motor to.

These guys are terrible I am a mechanic there is no way they did not know the vehicle they sold my pregnant niece had serious issues there is evidence that they covered up and lied to her the engine blew up then the owner tried avoiding her and her fiance like a coward and when finally confronted he was super rude said it will be a week B4 he can do anything he knows this means as of tomorrow that would make her homeless as their job depends on them having a vehicle. what a way to spoil Thanksgiving. Now they have me and the rest of our family to deal with and our attorney don't loose. Unless you want the same I would suggest going elsewhere! Pics are of a bearing cap that came off the crankshaft what's left of it and the holes it put in the oil pan and from day 1 there was problems with using oil as much as it did gas and electrical no way someone who deals with so many cars would not know this one was shot toast

I love my truck and the whole team of employees are wonderful I have sent a few people your way great cars and great people thano you
