Fully working camera. I tested to record and play back with no issues. You get everything you need to create or transfer tapes. Plug the charger into an outlet, mount the power adapter (looks like a battery with wire going to adapter) onto the camera. Plug A/V cable to your TV or computer. Put in tape and press play. Batteries are included but NOT TESTED and not needed to transfer tapes. (See above) I can't test batteries and almost all vintage batteries are not going to hold a charge. If you plan to create video, you should buy 2-3 brand new batteries. Good thing is, they are very cheap, and easy to get.
