This is a Gym Dandy one person teeter totter. The company that made the Gym Dandy went in a different direction and no longer makes these products (children's playground equipment), but you can still find their two+ person teeter totters and other items available on Amazon until they're all gone. This particular model is designed specifically for a single child to bounce on mimicking the movement of a regular teeter totter. This was the perfect solution for my situation (my son is an only child). It became one of the most used solutions for exercise and fun on a cold rainy day in our home. And it's held up great for years! As my son got older (he's now 9 years old and just outgrown it but still uses it from time to time to get some extra energy out or when he's had buddies over, they've used this to do tricks while bouncing around on it, and I've seen them using it as a diving board while jumping onto the crash pad. Boys! I digress.... This thing has held up extremely well. I did have to replace one of the chain pieces last year, and that's how I ended up with the information on the business. I ended up finding a replacement part myself for less than $10, and have an extra piece laying around somewhere just in case. This is a very sturdy piece in great condition. There is one small chip in the paint, and a tiny spot on it he seat from me dropping a bottle of nail polish on the floor and a drop fell onto the seat, but otherwise it's like new. It comes with rubber stoppers to keep from scratching on the floor or jamming your toe on the medal posts. There are two separate places to adjust the tension depending on the weight of the child. Age range is from 2-8 years old with supervision and max weight is 80lbs. It's made for indoor and outdoor use, but other than the photos, it's sitting in the family room.
