I just bought my Kia optima on Saturday after many days and many different dealerships I went too in search of a car this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. Abraham was so helpful and so HONEST he didn’t try to up sell me he lets the cars sell themselves and let me tell you they sure do! I was torn between 2 and he gave me the real honest answer instead of trying to sell the more expensive one which I appreciated so much more. Mr T was the finance manager who was also amazing this whole experience has just been a dream and I have my dream car now thanks to them I am definitely recommending anyone who is looking for a car to start here FIRST! Contacted them early in the week about a Ford Transit that looked perfect for our needs and was told that it was in "excellent" condition and that we could come test drive it. We called and explained that we were coming from 2 hours away and that we planned to buy that day, and they gave no indication there would be any hold up.

Arrive at the lot on Friday, and they make us wait quite a while for the vehicle saying they were finishing up work on it... already a little sketchy. Finally, they pull it up, leaving it running, which seemed odd. We hop in and drive and immediately notice it's making noises on acceleration, so we stop at a mechanic and pay for a pre-purchase inspection.

First off, the mechanic had trouble getting the van to turn on and said the battery was low. He then says all brakes and rotors need to be replaced, the alignment pulls hard to the right, and that the noise we heard is one of the turbos that needs repair upwards of $2,800.

We felt this was a far cry from excellent condition and confronted them about this since they confirmed we should drive all the way up there. He said the problem couldn't be the turbo, because they just replaced it right before we got there.... Wait, so why would you list it in excellent condition then if you had to replace the turbo right before we got there, knowing we were coming up there to look at it? We asked for compensation for our time and trouble,  and he laughed, saying it's a used car and excellent for its year. I wouldn't consider it excellent, the highest rating, if it has to have so much work done on it to even safely drive it, let alone consider buying it. We understand it was our decision to get the pre-inspection, and you shouldn't usually expect compensation for that, but the level of dishonesty and lack of care for our time was beyond frustrating. Wasted a full day of our time and $150+ on an inspection.

While everyone seemed nice up front, we did not feel that they cared about us as customers when it came down to it, and we would highly advise against doing business with them.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Prius from this seller, and it was a great experience! The car was in excellent condition as described, and the seller was honest, professional, and easy to deal with. Thank you to Abraham and TM motors team for making this easy and simple. I read several reviews and noticed people didn't take the time to inform themselves with the type of car they are looking for beforehand. My gf was in the market for a Fiat500 and we drove from Santa Monica to Riverside because the car was so well kept and a great deal. We went for a test drive and all the paperwork was easy and simple. As much as I wanted to negotiate, they arnt like other dealerships adding docking fees or other bs that comes with a car like "security systems". They are honest and firm and I appreciate their business. Thank you CarGurus as well! 5* all around!

Got the truck i was looking for. Owner was very helpful and made it easy to purchase. Great service and understanding. Will definitely purchase another vehicle here once the time comes.
