I flew in from the East Coast to purchase a vehicle from Napleton, and the level of service was above and beyond. Ryan personally picked me up from the airport—something I’ve never experienced at any dealership before. While my financing was being finalized, I was treated to a delicious in-house lunch, which was a unique touch. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly, welcoming, and professional. This was the most stress free, seamless and easy car buying experience I have ever had. I had the pleasure of working with the GM Erick and Nick in sales. Ryan made my car buying experience one of the smoothest I’ve ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I came to see. His direction on the test drive was very smooth and one step at a time for the new technology very unfamiliar to me. I never felt pressured and he even offered me lunch. His easy going demeanor made me very comfortable.

I will never recommend anybody go here!! Absolutely horrible car service. They had my car for months. Just to come back and tell me my car can’t be fixed. They also left my car it a horrible state, with half the engine thrown in a box and the rest strewn about in the back of my trunk!! My license plate was also very bent as well as random pieces like my door handle were not put back together! On top of that they had the audacity to take my battery and deny ever doing so and also try and charge me for labor when nothing was ever fixed on my car!

I decided they were wrong in their assumption that my car could never be fixed and I decided to take my car to a simple auto repair shop and they had my car up and running and back in my hands in only three weeks!!!

This was one uncomfortable dealership experiences I’ve had. The issue wasn’t even with the salesperson it was the finance team. They were throwing out numbers and pushing deals without even reviewing any of my information to see what I actually qualified for. It felt like they were just trying to get as much money out of me as possible, without giving me a fair or realistic picture of rates or financing options. I think that’s just unethical.

What really bothered me even more was how they treated other customers. While I was there, two separate deals fell apart including mine and two different groups of people walked out. One of them was a couple of young guys being yelled at right next to me. I told the my sales person directly that I didn’t like the way they were treating people. It was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

This is exactly why people hate buying cars.
