I had one of the most distressing and heartbreaking experiences with CARUCARS LLC.

I purchased a vehicle in March 2025, and within just a few weeks, it was repossessed without any prior written notice, while I was inside a Walmart shopping with my two sick children—one of whom is scheduled for surgery. I was left stranded, humiliated, and traumatized with no way home. Over $300 worth of groceries, my driver’s license, car registration, and my child’s iPad were inside the vehicle.

The dealership gave me conflicting information, bounced me back and forth with a so-called finance company, and refused to provide anything in writing until after the vehicle had already been taken. They failed to explain the loan terms properly during the sale, and I was told a different first payment date due to post-sale repairs. I did everything right: I communicated, asked for a contract, and even filed complaints with the state when things weren’t adding up and they still took the car.

This situation has caused me emotional distress, financial loss, missed medical appointments, and interrupted the funeral plans of a loved one. I have documentation and am pursuing this through every proper channel.

Please be cautious when doing business with this company. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

The worst car buying ever, they only care about the money, not giving a thought to the customer after financing the vehicle. After explaining the situation of the vehicle that was sold to me was given problems they didn't give any option or any kind of reassurance I gave the vehicle back lost Money never again be careful for those who are trying to purchase or finance a vehicle
