1984 Honda 100 (10hp) long shaft for sailboat! HAS ORIGINAL 1984 gas can, tool kit and manual wow! RUNS AND STARTS FINE I bought a new bigger motor fit my sailboat don’t need this old one anymore. Tried it on my dinghy and it runs good but won’t accelerate like it should. Legendary motors cheap and easy to fix Have original owners manual. I bought in on the boat from the original owner. Motor runs and idles strong. Just put a new carb on but didn’t fix the 1/4 throttle issue. Won’t rev past about 1/4 when in the water under load. Doesn’t smoke…idles good and will drive my dingy all day but no speed. Sold as is. Might need more work or a better motor tinkerer than me lol. Might just need plugs and a coil haven’t tried that yet.
