One owner New Tires just recently purchased tires have not been used since put on just a few miles .34 ft’ Keystone Cougar it has a polar bear package w/2 Slide outs large one in the living room/kitchen area that is manually operated from the inside of the Rv with just a touch of a button on panels to easily slide in or out.The decals have faded on the outside since pictures were last taken.) RV has been stored for some time . .>Has Ac/ Heat Two propane tanks. Has a push button that lifts Jacks up and down easy.30 Amp Has control panels on inside push buttons for water and slides. The floor plan when you step in is open concept kitchen/living room area space. Has Day/night shades on windows throughout the RV .The couch makes into bed if needed .living room has two swivel chairs also with a entertainment area for TV with built in surround sound through out the Rv Stove/oven with built in microwave/vent combo above the stove refrigerator with freezer. .Oak cabinetry throughout the Rv decor colors are beige and nature green through out Rv.Has a very large pantry beside the refrigerator and lots of storage cabinets throughout Rv .Has a booth style kitchen table that will makes into a small bed if needed ) Step up a stair bedroom suite with shower and vanity sink area. Queen size bed and large closet space with full length mirrored closet with w/a lot of space for clothes has a rod for hanging up clothes and a long shelf in top of closet for more storage above beside the mirrored closet built in chest of drawers with a built in slide out above 👆 on top for TV/Etc .The bedroom has a slide out also. There is vanity at end of bed with two doors underneath for more storage.Has a stand up glass shower w/skylight with corner sink vanity w/two doors underneath for storage with very nice hanging mirrored cabinet with door that opens up more storage behind vanity mirror.Has a laundry Shute with a lift up door in floor area of bedroom for clothes w/basket.There is a built in track on ceiling with a sliding curtain for privacy in between Queen bed and shower if needed.the bedroom has a pocket door that slides in and out of wall for privacy between bedroom and step down kitchen/living room area if needed. A separate space room for toilet area with it’s own door in bedroom/bathroom area..Has a outside spray off shower if needed and a lot of storage space underneath Rv for cargo or etc. .This would make some one a great vacation home or home we just dont use it and it’s been stored ..I’m the only owner one owner. I purchased brand new from Camper/Rv dealership this RV was almost $40, 000 brand new .Only was used for a couple of Yrs after purchasing off and on.Good Condition .Only $9,500.
