Could use a good cleaning! All cushion covers are removeable and washable. Arm of chair has some damage from our chewing puppy but we have been covering it with a throw blanket and you cant tell. Could probably be reupholstered! Don't have room for this in our new house, need gone ASAP! Make me an offer. Must pick up and move! Love seat is currently located upstairs.
