Comes with lein sale papers and bill of sale. I got the bike running and riding and have to sell due to financial issues. $3000 this weekend come get it. My loss your gain. I've done alot to get this back on the road. Harley Davidson Chopper 1999 evo motor Evo 5spd transmission Chain drive S&S Super G carb Vance & Hines long shot exhaust. Chrome billet oil cooler. Billet raked front end. 200 rear spoke wheel 21" front spoke wheel Shovel head split tanks. 1 1/2 inch 14 inch baby chopper style apes. Diamond stitch seat and bitch pad. Tall rear sissy bar. Bike runs and rides good. Not for beginners!!! There is no wiring harnes on this bike. Its chopper wired. 2 breakers and a fuse box. Has no turn signals. They are strictly running lights. But you can wiring them up for turn signals. I do have the wiring in the bars and I do have the flasher relay. The speedo does not work. I was going electric instead of mechanical.
