Custom couch. Built well and finished quickly. But Beware!!! They will not fix the damage, or honor warranty!!! The delivery service damaged our door and the couch trying to force it through instead of removing the door from the frame like every other delivery did. I asked them to remove the door and they refused, tried to force the couch through, got stuck and had to go back out with the couch and remove the door. Now the door and couch was damaged. Tried to file a claim with Mattress and Furniture Express, just a lot of talking in circles, never accomplishing their word. Phrases like, we will get right back to you, the manager will get to you, the delivery company will get back to you...and yes the manager got back to me and gave me another number, where I started the game again...Nothing, ever resolved, just lies with no intentions of actually being honorable and making things right. No compensation for the damage to the door and door frame, no fixing of the damage to the couch. Just talking me in circles until I give up and never buy from them again. - For reference, I had a similar issue with one of the big name furniture stores (starts with an A) and I had the claim filed and compensation recieved within one week. They even sent out a technician to touch things up. I was annoyed with the situation but satisfied with the resolution - Not with Mattress & Furniture Express. Here, it's obvious they have no intentions of honoring warranty and delivery damage responsibilities only empty words and run around until I give up. Best advice I can give, avoid totally and have piece of mind. Find a more honorable furniture store for your custom furniture designs. That way, if the unforseen happens you at least know they will honor their responsibilities and make it right.

SCAMMERS!!!! This place has been scamming their customers. I got approved for a loan for a couch and dresser, but I cancelled the delivery the next day. They proceeded to try to deliver the items, and although I NEVER received anything, they are still charging me over $2k for the loan. It’s been over 4 years and whenever I call the store, the manager is nowhere to be found and no one knows when he is coming in. Somehow all the records are lost and they “don’t have access to them” after 90 days. The furniture is beautiful, but be careful if you’re considering shopping with them.

This place was expensive. Not worth the product. My bed was real tough it hurt my back!! I recommend Bobs furniture way better price good quality and friendly service w no pressure at all. I got a box frame and bed for 475 at this location. then for delivery was going to be 150ish. At bobs I got a queen and full size bed a box frame delivery was 45 dollars. All together I paid 675 and the bed is so comfortable i love it.

Over priced and took to long to deliver. Bed's are worth 1/4 the price they offered. Got many of my additions wrong. Charged me $200 for led lights that keep falling off the bed since they are such low quality. Delivery also damaged home walls. There is so much more they did, this is just a brief summary.

Great customer service from the main seller from the East coast. He has gave me great deals 4 times now, I’ve came back since 2017. Planned on coming back for a new couch as well. Not anymore. I purchased a dining set on 8/24/24 and went to pick it up 08/29/24. I then rushed home to put it together. It was perfect at first. Then one chair was wobbly with an uneven leg and ripped cushion. No big deal things happen. I contacted the store they then gave me Raphael’s number. Very very professional. He says “they will replace the chair with a new one and when it comes in I will contact you.” Chair comes in and he texts me “you can go to the warehouse and get your chair.” I proceeded to get the chair, but when I got there two warehouse workers told me “we can replace the leg and replace the cushion.” I said “Raphael said we would get a new chair?” He said “no we don’t do that.” As he opens up another identical dining set and grabs a cushion off and drills it in and another leg. I informed him it wasn’t that leg. He then remover the other leg because it was still wobbly. He then seen it was the precut leg which means I’d have to get a new chair. After 2 hours with my wife in the car and 3 year old, I tell him “we have to go, we didn’t think this would take 2 hours.” He then for the 3rd time says “take the chair because we have to get a new one.” I told him it’s ok “just let me know when you get a new one.” I received a call from Raphael a week later saying “your chair is ready to pick up sir.” He only contacted me because I called customer service and filed a complaint because it had been now 2 weeks without a complete set or chair. He acted like he didn’t know what was going on and I could come get the chair. I told him I already told your bosses I was in the process of getting a refund because the dining set was defective and it was within 7 days I notified you. He then says “we don’t do returns.” I asked him “isn’t it law if it was within the first 7 or 30 days?” I also told him it was defective and wasn’t getting fixed. That’s why I didn’t want it. Long story short, I had to file two complaints with the attorney’s and DCA. They lost an almost 10 year customer over a chair which is sad.

UPDATE: I was called by someone in the store a week ago from 11/5/24 and I was asked “is everything ok” and “did you receive your chair.” I thought the inside crew cared, they don’t. He acted like he didn’t know I never received it and I actually donated the whole dinner table set to a Women’s need help shelter. So the inside is in cahoots with one another. I blocked them and I’d never ever recommend or go here again.
