In excellent condition. The unit and the filter are clean. As you can see in one of the pictures (with the two-probe thermometer), the unit produces a very cold 54-degree output when the ambient temperature is 89 degrees! Comes with a 5" exhaust duct. If you want to have the duct interface with a window attachment (to suit your specific needs), you can buy that on Amazon for cheap. CASH ONLY, please.
