Well built and great condition. Twin mattress has only been slept on a handful of times. Futon mattress is a more expensive heavy duty one. It also has not been slept on many times. Twin mattress is extremely comfortable. This bed is great for a teens room who would like a couch far gaming and watching movies but also still has friends stay over. My son is moving back for the summer from college and would prefer a queen bed so we are selling this one. The mattresses alone are worth more than $500 but we are asking $300 for all of it. I put it together but can’t remember how to take apart so asking that whomever buys it comes in and takes apart as well.
