The sales experience itself was fine, and the staff was initially friendly. However, after the deal was done, I realized that extended warranties and additional fees were added in a way that increased the total cost of the car by nearly $14,000 — and that was never clearly explained upfront.

This was my first time buying a car, and it felt like that lack of experience was taken advantage of.

I recently called back to refinance, and the salesperson was very reassuring on the phone, saying they would try to help. In reality, I was simply forwarded to their refinance program with no real assistance or follow-up.

I also spent hours at the dealership during the purchase while they claimed to be running credit and working numbers, but in hindsight it felt more like time pressure than transparency.

Overall, the experience showed a focus on short-term profit rather than building long-term or repeat customers. I would not recommend doing business here if you value honesty, clarity, and legitimate post-sale support.

The car I purchased is awesome after 6 months no issues. It was a very reasonable price as well. The only critique I have is that the sales person and the finance managers should definitely put time aside for customers coming from out of state. I had to go 2 times because I called in the morning the first time and told them I was coming to buy the car and I showed up and no one spoke to us for almost 2 hours while we sat at a desk. Most people would have left and gone elsewhere. I drove a total of 12 hours round trip to get this vehicle. For clients purchasing high end cars and any car for that matter, they should be taken care of and scheduled correctly.

I called Nathan, who transferred me to what I assumed was the in-house repair shop. I spoke with Mike, who instructed me to come in but failed to explain that I needed to go to a different location. After driving from New Jersey, I arrived only to be redirected to another place. After a supposed repair, the issue persisted. I returned, but the problem still wasn’t fixed, and I had to schedule another appointment.

Later, I received a call regarding my review, pressuring me to take it down or face denial of repair services. This approach is completely unacceptable. Not only did your team fail to take responsibility or apologize, but demanding I remove my review to receive help crosses a line.

Under 15 U.S. Code 1605(a), finance charges must be fully disclosed. By failing to address and repair these issues, you have breached this trust, which I believe constitutes fraud. I’ve contacted an attorney to review this matter further. Nathan, this behavior won’t go unaddressed.

Nathan’s rebuttal claimed that the car “sat unused,” but it’s clear that everything on it is aftermarket, indicating corners were cut. After signing the contract, it feels like I’m dealing with hidden issues and subpar modifications. I had to pay out of pocket for new front brakes today, and I’ll still need to replace the rear brakes soon. This was confirmed by the BMW dealership.
