Twin Over Full (futon) Bunk Bed

Nice solid bunk bed with a full (futon) on the bottom and a twin bed on top. All the hardware is included. The bottom bunk is actually a futon frame. You can use it exclusive as a full bed and use a normal mattress, or you can use a futon mattress (included if you want) to convert the bunk into a couch. The futon mattress is nice and thick, with plenty of life in it. The full bed is 54 inches wide, while the top is 41 inches wide. The entire bed is 78 inches wide. The futon mattress set up sits ~14 inches off the ground, the twin bed is 53.5 inches off the ground, and top railing is 66.5 inches high.
